BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS:
- Booking is only confirmed once 50% deposit for accommodation has been paid.
- Payments made to the following ABSA account: WJM General Dealer Business Trust, 4052575144
- Proof of payment, dates and number of persons booked for should be faxed or emailed.
- Check in 14:00. Check out 10:00.
- In the case of any cancellations/changes with regards to the dates or number of guests 30 days prior to your stay will receive 50%
back; thereafter no payments will be refunded.
- All prices include VAT.
- Cash payment after hunting is complete.
- In the event of default, the organizing person will be responsible for any costs incurred by the owner for collecting money as well as
interest on the outstanding amount at 5% per month from the date the obligation arose until the date it has been settled.
